Three broodmares have joined the Armorica breeding stock from the Deauville December breeding stock sale.

BLUE SAIL (pictured above), lot 228, is a daughter of Kingmambo and a full sister to the French Guineas winner Bluemamba, herself the dam of a Stakes winner, Indigo Cat. Her dam is a sister to stallions Orpen and Jules, directly related to the Niarchos bloodlines of Coup de Folie et Coup de Genie. In foal to Lope de Vega, BLUE SAIL will visit Exceed And Excel in 2012.

FELTZER, lot 453, is a full sister to the very consistent Bluster, winner and multiple Stakes placed. From a very precocious family and herself by proven juvenile sire Indian Rocket, FELTZER is in foal to Aussie Rules and will visit Sunday Break in 2012.

VEZINA, lot 610, is a daughter of Bering from the prolific family of Marie De Vez, who is responsible for Marie De Ken (Prix Fille de l’Air, herself the dam of Group 2 winners Charmo and Ana Marie), of two other Blacktypes and of Marie Glitters, herself the dam of Blacktypes. VEZINA has already produced 2 winners and her 2-year-old by Holy Roman Emperor is in training with Jean-Claude Rouget.
