It’s the second year in a row that the SCEA des Prairies sells the top price at the Osarus Yearling Sale at La Teste, and it’s once again thanks to a son of SUNDAY BREAK.
While this year was a co-top price as our partner Haras d’Haspel also sold a filly for the same price, our dark bay colt sold sold for a much higher fee than last year’s top price, as Saubouas’ Paul Basquin purchased him for €46,000. The son of SUNDAY BREAK is out of POPEE, who was a runner-up in a Longchamp Listed and had finished a good fourth in the Prix Cleopatre Gr.3.
