HOLY DAZZLE (F2 Sunday Break ex Belle Alicia) made a nice impression when a fast finishing third of a strong lot, on her debut in the Prix de la Reine Blanche at Chantilly yesterday (pictured left). Under the colours of Mr Paterson, she showed a quick turn of foot in the last furlongs to come back to less than a length from the Niarchos winner, Her Star. HOLY DAZZLE defeats these several nice silks, including those of the Wertheimer familly, Mme André Fabre, Ecurie Skymarc, Gérard Augustin-Normand and George Strawbridge.
With 4 runners of his first French crop of 2-year-olds, SUNDAY BREAK is already well represented with SUNDAY DREAM, 2nd on his debut last month and once again a runner-up yesterday in the Prix Vincent at Marseille, and MISSION CALL, twice in the money in 3 runs, both bred by Haras du Ma.
